These terms govern your use of Punjab Language Training Center and the courses sold through it. They are written to describe how the platform actually works, so you know exactly what happens to your enrolment, your payment and your access.

1. 1. Who we are

   Punjab Language Training Center ("PLTC", "we") operates this platform from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether you are browsing courses, enrolled as a student, or teaching as an instructor.

   By creating an account or enrolling in a course you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. 2. Accounts

   You need an account to enrol. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account.

   Every new account is created as a student. Instructor access is granted only after we review and approve an application — selecting "instructor" when you sign up starts that process, it does not grant the role.

3. 3. Enrolment and payment

   Enrolling reserves a place but does not confirm it. Your seat is confirmed only once we have verified your payment.

   Payment is made by transfer to one of the accounts shown on your payment page. You then record the transfer on that page — the sending account name and number, and a screenshot of the transaction — so we can match it against our bank or wallet statement.

   We aim to verify within 24 hours. If we cannot match a payment we will reject it with a reason and you may submit again.

   • The price shown when you enrol is the price you pay, including any early-bird discount that was active at that moment.
   • Prices in currencies other than PKR are indicative. PKR is the currency of the transaction.
   • Submitting a payment record that you did not make, or that belongs to someone else, will result in the enrolment being cancelled.

4. 4. Course access

   Once your enrolment is active you get access to that course's class schedule, joining links, recordings and materials for as long as the course runs.

   Classes are held on Google Meet. Recordings and materials are hosted on third-party services and linked from your course page — we store the links, not the files.

   • Joining links and recordings are for you alone. Sharing them outside the platform, publishing them, or reselling access ends your enrolment without refund.
   • We may replace a scheduled session, change its time, or substitute an instructor where circumstances require it.

5. 5. Cancellation and refunds

   You can cancel an enrolment yourself from your dashboard at any point before it is confirmed.

   After confirmation, refunds are handled case by case rather than automatically. Write to us before the batch begins and we will deal with it fairly; once a batch is underway a refund is unlikely to be possible.

   If we cancel a course before it begins, you are refunded in full.

6. 6. Instructors

   Instructors create and run their own courses on the platform. PLTC reviews every course before it is published and retains the decision on publication.

   PLTC takes a service commission on each enrolment. The rate is agreed with each instructor in writing before they teach, and is recorded against every enrolment at the moment it is created, so a later change to the rate never alters what was already earned.

   Instructors are responsible for teaching the sessions they schedule, for the accuracy of their course descriptions, and for holding the rights to the materials they share.

7. 7. Acceptable use

   Do not use the platform to do any of the following.

   • Harass, abuse or discriminate against other students, instructors or staff.
   • Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
   • Attempt to access accounts, records or class links that are not yours.
   • Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

8. 8. Liability

   We provide the platform and the teaching with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee a particular examination result, visa outcome or employment outcome.

   We are not liable for interruptions caused by services outside our control, including Google Meet, internet outages, or the hosting services that hold recordings.

9. 9. Changes

   We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be announced on the site.

   Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
